Built for freight
Our models are trained on real freight data - rate confirmations, BOLs, lane patterns, accepts and declines. Not a generic chatbot wearing a hard hat.
FreightLoop AI
We use AI where it actually helps - matching the right truck to the right load, pricing lanes fairly, spotting delays early, and cutting the paperwork down to almost nothing. No chatbot bolted onto a load board.
Each one is a real model with a clear job. Below each, you'll see what it does for shippers and what it does for carriers.
We match every load to the carrier most likely to accept it, pick up on time, and deliver cleanly. The model looks at lane history, on-time rate, equipment fit, where the truck is right now, hours of service, fuel cost, and weather - then ranks the best options in seconds.
Every lane gets a live rate range that both sides can see. We build it from recent bookings on the lane, how tight capacity is, fuel prices, the season, and which trucks are scarce - so there's no guessing and no hidden margin.
A helper that knows freight. Type or say "I'm in Dallas heading home to Memphis Friday, 53-foot dry van, 2,000 lb minimum" and it posts the load, finds backhauls, and answers questions about lanes, rates, and shipments - hands-free from the cab.
GPS tells you where the truck is. Our model tells you when it will actually arrive, and warns you early if it won't. It learns from millions of trips across lanes, traffic, weather, dwell time, and hours of service - so the ETA is one you can plan around.
Take a photo of a BOL, POD, rate confirmation, or insurance certificate. We read it, pull every field, attach it to the right load, and flag anything that looks wrong. No more typing the same thing twice.
Empty miles are one of the biggest hits to a carrier's margin. We pair every outbound load with the best return - factoring driver home time, lane density, and demand at the destination - and show it the moment you accept.
Double-brokering and stolen MC numbers cost the industry billions. We continuously check every account against authority records, insurance, login patterns, and document signals. Anything that looks off gets paused before it touches a load.
A short-term forecast for every lane: how tight is capacity tomorrow, next week, and next month. Shippers post early when it matters. Carriers move toward where the work is. Both sides plan with real signal, not gut feel.
Freight doesn't need a flashier load board. It needs models built for the job, with guardrails you can trust.

Every match, price, and risk score comes with a plain reason. If we can't explain how a decision was made, we don't roll it out.
Your lanes, customers, and rates aren't fuel for someone else's model. We don't sell aggregated rate data, and we don't share customer-identifying data across accounts.
The model suggests, you decide. Auto-assign is off by default, every action is reviewable, and you can override any model in one tap.
We'd rather ship what works than promise what doesn't. Here's what's in pilot, what's next, and what arrives at general availability.
Dates are estimates. We'll move things up or down based on what we learn from pilots, and we'll tell you when we do.
Waitlist accounts get first access to every AI feature as it ships, plus a direct line to the team behind it. Tell us what you actually need and we'll build for that, not for a demo.
